How much does it cost to open a Papa Bello Enterprises restaurant?

What are the qualification criteria to become a Papa Bello franchisee?
To be considered as a Papa Bello Franchisee you must meet the following criteria:

  • Ability to provide the initial investment required to open a store. We currently do not offer financing. (See Franchise Investment section for cost detail)
  • You must be willing to be a full-time, on-site owner/operator.
  • You must meet the following net worth and capital requirements.

Franchise Investment Qualifications

1-3 Stores: Net worth of at least $150,000 with a minimum of $200,000 per restaurant in cash, liquid assets, available financing, or any combination thereof.

4-10 Stores: Net worth of at least $500,000 with a minimum of $200,000 per restaurant in cash, liquid assets, available financing, or any combination thereof.

11 or more: Net worth of at least $1,000,000 with a minimum of $200,000 per restaurant in cash, liquid assets, available financing, or any combination thereof.

What is the franchise fee and when is it due?
The franchise fee is $25,000 per store and is payable upon acceptance as a franchisee.

What is the royalty fee?
An ongoing royalty fee of 5% of net sales is due on a weekly basis.

What is the marketing fee?
A national marketing fee of 2% of net sales is due on a weekly basis.

Is financing available?
Papa Bello Enterprises, Inc. does not currently offer a financing program for franchisees.

What is a UFDD?
The (UFDD) Uniform Franchise Disclosure Document provides information on the franchise relationship and provides additional information about the company.

Do I have to work in my restaurant?
Yes! We want all of our franchise owners to be actively involved in the daily operations of their restaurant(s).

What locations are currently available?
Locations are available throughout the country in shopping centers, malls and a variety of other venues.
